worth the wait

I met this brand new family of three just days after their newest addition arrived in this world, and felt so honored to document this small but important part of their adoption journey. As with all new families, they were in those sweet early days of just getting used to one another, and doing this in a hotel suite so far from home. Even so, their connection and the love binding them together was already so tangible. I feel so lucky getting to witness this in the families I photograph.
