As the summer heat and humidity creep in here in South Florida, our farmer's markets usually pack up until October. I'm always so sad to see them go. So I was so excited to hear that there will be an evening Green Market each Wednesday in downtown West Palm Beach this year! We went to the first one as a family and had so much fun, we plan to make a habit of it this summer. There wasn't very much produce, which I'd been hoping for, but there were definitely some interesting vendors, good food (falafel gyros and cider doughnuts!), and fun activities for the kids out on the grass. I added a pretty little succulent to my collection, and there were many other types of potted plants for sale as well. If you're local and interested, here is the Summer Thyme Market website.
